On 05 May 2022, the Board of the Thai Association in Berlin met with the department of Vet-Leb (Veterinary and Food Supervision) of the Ordnungsamt of the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf to receive advice for the market operation of the Thai Street Food Market for this season 2022.
The association would like to express its appreciation to the representatives of Vet-Leb for their advice and for providing useful information for the management of the Thai Street Food Market (Thaipark) such as hygiene measures, proper storage of food, market-appropriate boxes for raw food, Knowing the sources of food used and sold at the market, cool box etc.
