On 11th March 2022, the board of the Thai Association in Berlin had a meeting with the department of Vet-Leb (Veterinary and Food Supervision) of the Ordnungsamt of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district to get advice for the market management for the Thai Street food Market in this 2022 season.
The association would like to express its appreciation to the representatives of Vet-Leb for their advice and for providing useful information for the management of the Thai Street Food Market (Thaipark) such as hygiene measures, proper storage of food, market-appropriate boxes for raw food, cool box etc.
Thai Association is already looking forward to our cooperation in this year 2022.
