Rules of conduct at Thai street food market in Prussia Park

To ensure that the Thai Street Food Market in Prussia Park is always clean and tidy and that all vendors behave in solidarity with each other, it is important that the following rules are observed.

1. The sale should be characterized by honesty and fairness. The good quality of the products should also be guaranteed at all times.

2. The rent for the stand set by the association and the additional costs must be paid on time.

3. Waste must be disposed of in garbage cans or in the facilities provided by the market operator. Specially designated containers will be provided for used frying oil. Failure to dispose of trash in accordance with this rule will result in immediate unilateral termination of the contract by the Association.

4. The vendors should wear appropriate clothes

5. It is not allowed to offer goods for sale without a rental contract.

6. Between 09:00 and 21:00, vendors are allowed to prepare and sell food in the park.

7. Quarrels should be avoided. Anyone causing trouble will have their contract terminated unilaterally without delay.

8. Only one stand is allowed per vendor. Subcontracting of the booth space is not allowed.

9. The menu including prices should always be visible to the customers. The stand should always look neat and clean. 11.

10. Liqour is not allowed to be sold.

11. If the rules are disregarded and no effort is made to abide by the rules even after admonition, the association may terminate a contract at any time.
